Calculator inputs

Calculations run in your browser. The calculator code does not send your measurements, prices, or calculated results to our server. You do not need an account. If you include calculation details in a contact message, those details are sent with the message.

Contact messages

When you submit the contact form, we process your name, email address, topic, optional page URL, and message to respond to your enquiry, investigate a reported issue, or consider a suggestion. Messages are sent through EmailJS and our connected email service to our contact inbox. The website does not store a separate database copy of your submission.

Email copies remain in the sending and receiving mail accounts until deleted; there is no automatic deletion schedule in the contact form. EmailJS processes the submitted fields and may retain request history and metadata according to its settings and privacy policy. Processing may take place in the United States. The connected sending service and receiving mailbox also process and retain the email according to their own policies. Please avoid sending confidential drawings, passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.

Security and server requests

To limit repeated contact submissions, the server uses an IP address supplied with the request and submission timestamps in temporary server memory. The limit counts attempts within a ten-minute window. That window is not a guaranteed deletion time: entries can remain until cleanup or a server restart.

Our hosting and email providers also process technical information needed to deliver and protect their services. Server logs may include IP addresses, request paths, timestamps, and browser information. Provider retention is separate from the contact form’s temporary memory.

Analytics and cookies

Google Analytics is not enabled on this version of the site. The site does not load the Google Analytics tag or send calculator analytics events in this configuration.

Advertising

This version does not load AdSense or another advertising provider. Any reserved advertisement space is a placeholder and does not make advertising requests or set advertising cookies. We will update this policy when advertising services are introduced to explain the providers, information use, cookies, and available choices.

Questions and requests

Use our contact form to ask about this policy or request access to, correction of, or deletion of a previous message. Include enough information to identify your enquiry; we may need to verify that the request comes from the person concerned.
