How many concrete blocks are on a pallet?
There is no single pallet count for every concrete block. One supplier may list 90 standard 8×8×16 blocks per pallet, while another lists 108 for a different product. Match the exact block and supplier before converting your order into pallets.

Why concrete block pallet counts vary
Pallet quantities depend on the unit size, shape, weight, packaging, plant, and supplier. A standard block, half block, solid unit, and specialty unit can use different packs even when their names sound similar. Region matters too.
These named supplier examples show the difference. They are not universal pack sizes or a recommendation to substitute one product for another.

The two US listings use similar broad size labels but show different pack quantities. The UK supplier lists two pallet options for one size. Always use the current listing or quote for your exact item.

What to check before using a pallet number

Match the item
Confirm the manufacturer, product name or item number, unit shape, dimensions, finish, and supplier location.

Find the pack quantity
Look for “units per pallet,” “pieces per pallet,” “pallet quantity,” or the supplier’s package unit. Ask the supplier when the listing is unclear.

Confirm how it is sold
Some suppliers sell individual blocks or partial pallets. Others require whole packs for special orders. Confirm the rule before rounding your purchase.

Example for an order of 250 blocks
Suppose the Concrete Block Calculator gives you an order quantity of 250 blocks. Your selected supplier listing states 108 blocks per pallet.

The difference of 74 positions does not automatically mean you must buy 74 unwanted blocks. The supplier may sell partial packs, individual units, or require a different order increment. Use the calculator’s optional “Supplier blocks per pallet” field only after confirming that value.

A pallet count is not a delivery load answer
Unit count and weight are separate product facts. If you need the mass of the blocks alone, first check the exact product’s listed unit weight. The concrete block weight guide shows how to multiply that value by your block count.
Do not use this article to choose lifting equipment or decide whether a vehicle, trailer, floor, or storage area can carry a pallet. Packaging adds weight, and safe handling depends on current supplier data, equipment ratings, site conditions, and qualified guidance.
